Right of withdrawal
§ 1 Instruction about right of withdrawal
In case of you are a consumer within the meaning of the Swiss Law OR you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions.
§ 2 Withdrawal conditions
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which the customer or a third party named by him, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must provide the seller company, address, fax and e-mail.By means of a clear statement, the customer (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) may inform the seller of his decision to withdraw from this contract.
§ 3 Consequences of the Withdrawal
If the customer withdraws from this contract, the seller has to pay back all payments that the seller has received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from the fact that the customer is a different delivery than the seller offered, favorable standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notice of withdrawal of this contract has been received by the seller.
The seller may refuse to repay it until he has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods.
The customer must return or hand over the goods to the seller immediately and not later than fourteen days from the day on which he informs the seller of the cancellation of this contract.
The customer bears the immediate costs of returning the goods.
§ 4 End of Instruction about right of withdrawal
The customer should avoid damage and contamination and return the goods as far as possible in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components to the seller.If necessary, the customer should use a protective outer packaging.If the customer no longer owns the original packaging, he will provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against transport damage in order to avoid claims for damages due to defective packaging.
The customer should call before returning the known on the online shop phone number to announce the return. In this way, the customer enables the seller to allocate the products as quickly as possible.
The customer acknowledges that the modalities mentioned in the preceding paragraphs 2 and 3 are not a condition for the validity of the right of withdrawal.
